How do I create an account?

Download the app from Google Play or the App Store, open it, and tap "Register". You'll need your name and email address.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link.

How do I join a Connect Group?

Go to the Groups tab, browse available groups, and tap "Join". Your group leader will be notified.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to More > Settings > Delete Account. You can also request deletion by emailing us. See our Data Deletion page for details.

How do I submit a prayer request?

Go to the Prayer tab and tap the + button. You can choose to post publicly or anonymously.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Long-press on the content in question and select "Report", or email us directly at the address below.

The app is not working properly. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you have the latest version installed. Contact us if problems continue.
